"Air conditioners are common in cities where the heat is intense. They produce audible and, for the most part, inaudible noises.

​

​Conditioned Forest emphasizes the inaudible spectrum of these machines and brings the forest into its name, precisely to emphasize this imagery from the urban citizen's point of view. The forest is much more than a collection of trees, it is an ecosystem that fosters the life of thousands of species. Floresta Condicionada, on the other hand, is made up of a set of machines that produce cold and contribute much more to extinction than to environmental health.

The sound of the video highlights the interaction between the presence of static and its absence, and how this affects our existence".

"Os aparelhos de ar condicionado são comuns em cidades onde o calor é intenso. Eles produzem ruídos audíveis e, em grande parte, inaudíveis.

Floresta Condicionada enfatiza o espectro inaudível dessas máquinas e traz em seu nome a floresta, justamente para enfatizar esse imaginário do ponto de vista do cidadão urbano. A floresta é muito mais do que um conjunto de árvores, é um ecossistema que favorece a vida de milhares de espécies. Por sua vez, Floresta Condicionada é formada por um conjunto de máquinas que produzem frio e contribuem muito mais para a extinção do que para a saúde ambiental.

O som do vídeo explicita a interação entre a presença da estática e sua ausência, e como isso afeta nossa existência".
